From the Principal

Helen Storr, Principal of Wattleview Primary SchoolWe extend a warm welcome to your family and hope you will form a close association with our school.

At Wattleview we believe that we can best prepare students for secondary education and a full and rewarding life by promoting basic skills of respect, resilience, confidence, belonging and commitment.

Our aim at Wattleview Primary School is to “educate learners for life”  by:

  • Improving student achievement
  • Acknowledging our students successes and affirming their efforts
  • Empowering and motivating all students to reach their full potential
  • Developing students as responsible citizens in a changing world.

To achieve this, we will ensure that all students are provided with a curriculum that meets their needs and that the learning environment, the teaching facilities and the energy of the school community are directed to that end.

Our school prides itself on providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment in which your child can learn and develop to their full potential.   The school sees education as a partnership of children, staff, parents and the local community.  We look forward to sharing their school journey with you and would be pleased to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Please feel free to contact me or the class teacher.
